These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JustTextCare, a care coordination service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("JustTextCare," "we," "us"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

JustTextCare helps seniors and their families with care logistics by text. This includes scheduling appointments, arranging prescription refills and rides, contacting insurers and agencies, helping with benefit applications, finding care providers, and keeping your care circle updated.

We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Our care coordinators are not acting as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lawyers or financial advisors. For symptoms or medication questions, contact a doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911. Our text line is not monitored for emergencies.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be 18 or older to use JustTextCare. When you ask us to act for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission or the legal authority to do so, such as a power of attorney. We may require a signed HIPAA authorization or other documents before we contact providers or insurers on their behalf.

3. Approvals and spending

We will not make a purchase or payment for you without your approval. You are responsible for purchases you approve, and for any copays, fees or costs charged by third parties.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up.
You can cancel anytime by texting STOP or emailing hello@justtextcare.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. [CONFIRM REFUND POLICY]
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Third parties

We work with doctors' offices, pharmacies, insurers, government programs and other providers that we do not control. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, availability, quality of care or charges. If we recommend a provider, the choice to use them is yours.

6. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us when it changes.
Review the information we send you and tell us if something looks wrong.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful or abusive toward our team.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustTextCare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Ending service

We may suspend or end service if you break these Terms, if we cannot verify authorization, or if continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.

9. Governing law

10. Changes
