Program description

JustTextCare is a care coordination service. When you text us or opt in on our website, you'll receive messages from your care coordinator about the tasks you ask us to handle, such as appointments, prescriptions, insurance and benefits, plus account and billing notices. Members of your care circle may receive updates you or the care recipient have authorized.

How to opt in

You can opt in by texting CARE to (662) 734-1440, or by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on justtextcare.com.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the tasks you request.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text CARE to (662) 734-1440.
